They were very accommodating
Rental was clean, reliable, affordable and the staff were very personable.
Avoid this location for any one-way rentals. After they added an unauthorized $750 'Intercity Fee' to a bill they had originally authorized for $460, they escalated the situation by filing a suspicious damage claim (PurCo #732273). Their own paperwork proves the claim is meritless: I returned the car to DFW on March 29, yet the claim lists the 'Date of Loss' as March 31—two days after the car was back in their possession. My car broke down, I coasted into their parking lot. Very friendly and accommodating service, I believe his name was James. I waited for the tow truck and followed it to the repair shop in my rental. I do recommend using them.
