I recently rented a car from Hertz on ReservoirRd. The gentleman there was very helpful and the car was ready to go. I plan to rent again from them this weekend.
Female representative was rude. Male representative was pleasant and explained why vehicle could not be returned on labor day. Hertz allowed us to reserve a rental and indicated that the vehicle could be returned on Labor day. Extra charges for another day. Customer service is not hard. Common courtesy is not difficult.

I called them up and needed a car pretty urgently they were able to get me handled with a friendly smile and a total willingness to work with me. Highly recommend
