Terrible experience! I waited for over an hour to get my rental car after am accident when on the phone they said it would take 15 minutes. They had the wrong car ready for me and they had to clean the correct one etc.The one gentleman at the front desk is terrible to deal with! The tall gentleman with glasses was very kind and personable.
They caused major damage to my move. I had a truck booked and confirmed, but on the day of my move, they canceled it out of nowhere. No notice, no support, and the staff acted like it wasn’t their problem. I lost money hiring movers who had nothing to move, I lost time, and it completely messed up my plans. I even checked the location the day before and saw trucks there — so why cancel? This wasn’t just bad service, it was complete negligence. They left me stranded on one of the most important days. This place is a joke. Had a reservation only to find out they have no cars and manager didn’t care and blamed head office. I asked if they had no cars why didn’t they contact me before to let me know. Terrible customer service not expected from a multinational company they should rather close this location if they can’t honor their reservation. Why take a reservation in the first place if you going to default. Stay away from this place.
AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Great deal on my original rental, the manager gave me a free upgrade to a bigger, nicer vehicle. The price was better than any competitors. You have a ustomer for as long as I need a vehicle. Hifhly recommended. 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟
Terrible service, doesn't know the details of the car. Had 3 different cars in a week due to malfunctions or damages to the car they don't show or go over. I would highly recommend going anywhere else as they will they try and charge you fees for what they did. Absolutely horrible
