July 2026 Rented a car at Liberty location, second time I’ve done this two times in a row. They’ve tried to tell me they don’t have a vehicle, but they came up with one, after I sad to the agent unacceptable . They came up with One, so it’s not very reliable, the car that I got it was so dirty inside and out you couldn’t see through the windows not what I expected.
Can't be that difficult to check a car at a return and send a final bill. Left on hold for over 30 minutes multiple times. A bunch of hacks wandering around without clear direction.
Malik helped me out and did a fantastic job. He was answering multiple phones, assisting multiple customers, AND getting the cars physically ready all at once! - fantastic customer service!!
Rented a van which had severe mechanical issues and swayed when we drove on highway or switched lanes at 60+ No help in swapping the vehicle for the 3 days , no assistance.. This is a tiny location incapable of handling issues if things go wrong with your rental.. avoid it like the plague
