I had two bad experience at this car rental agency. The lady at the desk was very rude and explained almost nothing (i’m a tourist). The price of the rental that she told me was very different of what i actually paid at the end. Maybe 150$ more than she told me. I would have been to another rental place. However, the car was in great condition (2025 toyota Camry) and it was really easy to give the car back. Maybe more help and transparency from the desk agent would be better.
Booked a car for the day without reservation. Took care of me quick and very professionally. I had a great experience.
A quick in and out to get the vehicle. Staff was knowledgeable and extremely helpful.
