Website lagging and barely working, and not a soul to even answer the phone to help! Guess they don't want the business. Went to Enterprise instead where a real person worked w/ me to get what I needed.

I don’t ever leave reviews but this place is trash. Flew here from PA because my wife ended up in the hospital on a work trip. We booked a reservation for the car with her card and they won’t let me pick up the car because the credit card is in her name and she’s not here because she’s in the hospital.
