My work truck broke down on Friday late in the day and small car only available that day, so I drove to this location to move up to an SUV and the representative here was awesome she was working by herself and took great care of me, so if you need a rental come see hertz here in Lexington park.
My pickup experience at a different location was very poor with a dirty car, smoke smell and no information of any kind. However the drop off experience at this location was great. The young lady that assisted on 8/8 in the return process (sorry forgot her name) was very kind and helpful with the situation.
Tia is the best,enough said.
Always an issue or delay. Charged 5.95 convenience fee for every toll I went thru on top of the toll. One of them was $9+5.95 and that was just one of the many tolls. I do not recommend them.
