Rented a vehicle from this location twice in 6 months. And both times I received exceptional service. I had an emergency that required me to drive out of town. I walked in off the street with no appointment for the second time and talked to Devyn. He said he would do the best he can, and asked me to call back around 4pm. Called and made a reservation for a car, was told that the deposit was $200 but it turns into a $500 deposit when I try to pick up the car. Unprofessional employees that don't provide accurate information. Judging from other reviews, the employees just treat the customers poorly overall and are extremely sexist. I'd give 5 negative stars if possible.

This location needs to be shut down. First you give me the wrong class of car and I spent a day going back & forth to get the right class of vehicle that I prepaid for. I extended rental due to winter storm and they took my weekly reservation out and charged me per day because I returned the car today instead of holding on a day because storm is set to return. Went to hertz after an accident of no fault of my own..rented a car, paid a 50 hold deposit, turned the car in on dec7th..was supposed to get my 50 back in 3 to 5 days...didn't get returned..called my bank and they said the hold would end on the 21st of dec..called hertz back and he said...I don't know I'll call our payment department and see and call you back..this was in lexington ky on Richmond road...he never called back..I want and need my money now..I'll never use hertz again and will spread the word.
