I will never rent from Hertz again. Their prices are too high. Their customer service is bad. They will make you wait. I have never had a bad experience with Enterprise. That is who I'll be using in the future.
Would rate zero stars if I could. Booked and paid for a rental about two weeks out. Less than 48 hours before I was supposed to pick it up, they called and told me that they had overbooked rentals and mine would be cancelled. Told me to try renting with Hertz at the airport, but there was nothing they could do to assist me or get my reservation transferred (it was going to be an additional $500 to do this because it was so close to when I needed the rental). They said they would give me a refund and assured me multiple times... read more
Excellent customer service and great vehicles!! Good price as well.
I needed a car to get to the airport and They called 15 minuets before my reservation pickup time and told me they were out of cars. They said they were busy yesterday which is why they didn’t call beforehand.
