I reserved a car a month ago for pickup at this location. The night before, at 4:30 PM, they called me to tell me they didn't have a car for me. I honestly don't know how they can't have a car for someone when it's reserved so far in advance. The guy who called me was very nice, but looking through the reviews, it looks like this is an ongoing problem. The two folks who helped me today were excellent. My flight was delayed and they stayed later than they were supposed to so that I could pick up my car. Excellent customer service.
