I was so blessed that I went to the Hertz car rental on Richmond Road. The Branch Manager, Brean White, helped me greatly, finding a much less expensive way to rent a car than what I had been told elsewhere. After using that car for a day I noticed a minor problem with it and took it back. Brean was so apologetic and kind to exchange cars immediately with no problems whatsoever.
