Fast service, reasonable prices, friendly and professional
DO NOT Rent from this location. I have had the most horrible experience. I returned my car on 9/12. Everyday since 9/12, I get calls from Hertz customer service telling me to contact them because the vehicle has not been returned. I have called customer service on multiple days and I have spoken to a different customer service rep each time. We originally had a reservation for Morristown store. When we got there they informed us that they did not have a car for us and didn't expect to have anything that day. I of course panicked because we had to leave out of town for my grandfather's funeral. We ended up at two other places with no luck. So my husband and I decided to drive to johnson city. Friendly Service and quick pick up and return.
Yesterday, we reserved a car from this location for an overnight business trip. When we got to the Hertz in Florence, we were told they didn't accept the only credit card we had. The card was issued by our bank. The employee said that the local Hertz was having a legal dispute with the bank and was not accepting cards from that bank. We had reserved the car online and there was nothing online about not accepting our card. We even used that same card to reserve the car. Did an excellent job. Excellent rate, great customer service. Exterior of car good have been cleaner, but overall a great experience.
Don’t do business with this location, terrible customer service and management are rude ! Cars are dirty as well
We rented a van to go to New Orleans over the holiday weekend and it was a great choice. They had exactly what we needed at a great price. Very clean and comfortable. TJ was great to work with. We would recommend Hertz to to anyone and we will use them again for sure.
This is twice that I have tried to use this company and both times was total failure. This time, paid for rental car online a month in advance, to try to eliminate some of the issues of last time, nope, got to Hertz and they did not have the vehicle I rented, could not get one, didnt seem to care weather my plans was inconvenienced or not.
