I had a terrible experience with this Hertz! My husband made a reservation a week before the date and when I arrived the employee didn't find it. She called 2 other employees to ask about our rental order. They had no car available for me and since i had to go to work she gave me one of the only (small choices available) of cars. This car was extremely dirty, no car rugs, it smelled awful and the steering wheel was sticky. I have rented cars in multiple places but this was by far the worst and most unprofessional experience.... read more
