Hidden Rentals, but very friendly and accommodating.
If you have a concern or a issue with your rental like I did right to the vehicle was only able to drive it 3 mi and they would not give me a different vehicle because it took them 4 days to come and pick up the vehicle they charged me for a full 5 days for having the vehicle even though I was unable to drive it they didn't offer me a replacement they didn't offer me a refund in fact they charged me more than the agreed upon price and they charge my credit card and charge the insurance company so they got paid more than doub... read more
I rented a car from Sanford Orlando airport to Tavares. I took it back to Leesburg about 8 Miles for where I am. Very easy to return it totally satisfied with the car and especially satisfied with customer service.
Brian is AMAZING! He makes the rental process so easy. We had a hiccup with my credit card at the onset because it wasn't being read by the terminal. And then he pulled a metaphorical rabbit out of his hat and I was able to drive away with my rental. I'll be renting cars from Hertz in Leesburg from now on. Thank you, Brian!
