Jarrel has been a blessing in this process. Thorough to match me with the perfect rental, patiently answered all questions and was so kind. Ask for him and he will set you up right for your trip.
The vehicle I rented was clean and ready to go. Fast and easy pick up and return and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Will definitely be using this location for future rentals.
I have rented from this location several times and as far as the type of car selection, always exceptional! However this location DOES NOT hold customers to the policy of NO smoking. EVERY SINGLE VEHICLE that i have rented smelled of Marijuana. I'm not a Marijuana smoker and hate the smell. The sales rep has always acknowledged my concerns but the location apparently does not have any means or method of removing smells because I always receive a car with heavy Marijuana or cigarette smoke.
