Very unhelpful. They promise to follow up and keep you updated about a vehicle but it will never happen. There’s always vehicles on the way about to get delivered but you’ll never hear about it when they do. You have to call constantly and for me, on week 3 now, I’m met with… wait you still need an SUV? Yes, I’ve called and requested another car numerous times over the last 2-3 weeks trying to get a larger car so I can get my current one repaired. I’m done with this place, never again.
