Avoid! It looks like they are running a scam where they overcharge you on kms. I raised the issue, based on photographic evidence when we picked up the car and they have ignored it.

My rental was scheduled to start on the 15th Feb, but on the 14th, your representative called to confirm my arrival, as I was the only customer that day. Upon picking up the key and reaching the vehicle, I immediately noticed it was unclean, with personal belongings from a previous renter still inside. The staff member, about to leave, remarked that I was "lucky" he was still there. Great service and good value cars. We rented from Hertz Learmonth. Warmly welcomed. Quick and efficient pickup. Good quality car. Perfect. And no need for 4WD as all the roads to Ningaloo and Karijini are sealed and accessible by 2WD.
