Staff was extremely nice. The process was easy. I didn’t have to wait at the counter long. I booked online and was in and out in about 10 minutes. Highly recommend this location for your rental car needs.

I had an outstanding experience at Hertz, and it was entirely because of the incredible team at this location. Tiffany, the branch manager, runs a top-tier operation—professional, attentive, and genuinely committed to customer satisfaction. She sets the tone, and it shows. Wish I can give them a 0.1 rating, the staffing here needs an overhauling, very rude, unapproachable, zero customer relations and a bunch of unhappy people who it seems never wanted to work for Hertz or be there. In all my years of Car rental, this is the worst place ever to rent a car, not because they don’t have good cars but the cars are way better than the humans providing the services, unfortunately!!! If you want the car, go for it, but dealing with this humans here is hellish….all of them combined!

I had a very stressful and confusing experience renting from Hertz at the Webster, Texas location. I arrived with a paid reservation and was initially refused the vehicle because I did not have a credit card, despite having flown into Houston and already having an open case with Hertz Customer Relations from a policy error the day before. I can’t thank the staff here enough. I’m usually late or running behind, always requiring special attention but they never let me down. Patient, professional, and reasonable. I notice the bad attitudes while I sit waiting for accommodations that aren't THEIR FAULT!
