After a stressful morning and trying to handle last minute things before heading out of town, I came in to retrieve my rental, I was greeted by a woman by the name of Tiffany, she was very kind even made me laugh I really appreciated it that morning, considering! I will definitely be back here!!!
I usually use the airport locations because it's more convenient. I was doing a last minute rental. Really last minute because they were closing in 15 minutes. Tiffany was great. I had issues with my credit card going through she was very patient with me. You need to employ more people like her. I needed a rental car and went to Hertz in League City. I was helped by Ms. Tiffany. I cannot emphasize her professionalism enough. She made the process very easy for me. As she worked with my insurance to get me the best deal. I was in and out in less than no time. I will definitely recommend League City Hertz to anyone looking to rent and i will definitely come back anytime I need a rental.
