THEY HAVE A 2.5 RATING FOR A REASON .I made a reservation with Hertz rent-a-car yesterday for my girlfriend’s 77 year old mother to pick up today at the League City location. When she arrived, Hertz told her they were out of the class of car that I reserved. Instead of honoring the reservation, they tried to make her pay an extra $200 to get a different vehicle. Zero stars. Destiny and Tiffany have zero clue on how to treat customers. They also have zero clue on the corporate rental policy. They refused to honor my 77 year old mother's reservation and tried to upsell her by 200 more dollars. She was left stranded without a vehicle. I am incredibly disappointed and will never book here again. What terrible people.

Just letting you all know if you rent a car on Saturday and show up at nine or before nine expect to wait cause they usually running late and cleaning those cars

I had a terrible experience with Hertz League City location! I reserved a mid-size SUV a full day in advance, and my reservation was guaranteed. When I arrived, Destiney Alston told me the only option was a huge RAM 2500 truck — nothing like the mid-size SUV I reserved. She dismissed my concerns about the gas costs (over $100 extra to fill up such a vehicle) and claimed I had made a ‘late reservation,’ which was false. Such an amazing experience! Tiffani and her team handled my needs with care and patience. I took a trip home and felt comfortable and heard every step of the way. The entire process was easy and even with having difficult people yelling thru the phone as I was in there, the team handled with grace and exceptional customer service! I’ll only use Hertz and this specific store!!
