Aniyah is the best rep she will help you get your rental secured and is a pleasant vibe from start to finish
I had a great experience with Hertz! The staff (Kirk and Aniyah) were super friendly and welcoming from start to finish. The car selection was excellent, the vehicles were clean and the check-in process was quick and easy. Highly recommend this location!
Hertz 2244 S Kingshighway...Rent midsize car at. 2pm on 02/10/2026. Said they didn't have any midsize car and have to charge an upcharge of 110 dollars for an upgrade midsize SUV. So the other reports of the employees here is true and should be investigated by practice for up charging when you get here. For my inconvenience and acceptance of reservation they can't wave the charge for a midsize SUV.
The customer service was very good and they are very helpful.
My experience here was 100% attributes to Ananiyah (I believe is how you spell her name). She is warm, friendly, calm and gave a smooth experience from giving me a great car and seamless drop off. She handles other customers well. Hertz needs to. promote people such as her.
