A rental car should be delivered clean. In addition to the strong smell of marijuana, there were food remnants in the trunk that we had to clean ourselves. Unfortunately, we were on a tight schedule and couldn’t return the car, but we did call the person we rented it from. They apologized, but honestly, this should not happen. It made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing.

I am not sure what all these bad reviews are about, this is by far one of the best Hertz neighborhood locations out there. They may not have the correct infrastructure, the staffs are kind and willing to work with you to provide the best service and experience. There were few times I wanted my car to be upgrade to Tesla, the manager even offered to drive up to the airport to pick up some floating Tesla and bring it back for me. 10/10 customer service

I had to change my reversation and was getting very flustered. Kurt and Aniyah saved me from a melt down. They were so kind and patient with me. They went out of their way to get everything settled. They were my angels today. Thank you Kurt and Aniyah for all your help.
