My experience at this Location with the Manager of store Ms. Lucy Diggs was over and beyond. She helped us get the best plan and vehicle. About nine months ago, I gave a great review of Hertz at Lawrenceville, but unfortunately, I’d have to take it back—not because of the staff (Ms. Lucy and the rest of the team), but more so because of the way the business is structured. As a frequent renter, I’ve found myself having to drive farther away to rent cars simply because Hertz at Lawrenceville refuses to allow returns on Sundays or after office hours, even though they have a drop box.
