I had a very disappointing experience at this store. I had pre-booked a rental but arrived late for pickup. When I got there, a staff member told me there were no cars available. I left my number and asked to be contacted when one became available. After waiting for two hours with no update, I called the store — she put me on hold and never returned to the call. The managers Sarah Regional managers Tiffany and Jade Are likely the reason this location runs poorly. This location is always dirty and disorganized. This place has no competent leadership from what I can tell just a group of people scrambling to rent cars that are never clean and smell like smoke. I suggest complaining officially to Hertz customer service.

This location really ruined Hertz reputation and Brady's ad as a #1 car rental based on my last reservation. I hope Hertz company will fire all the people at this location because I will never rent from this location again. I came at 8:15AM and there was already 3 people waiting because they just opened and their computers did not boot up. Don't go to this location. Reserved a car. Went to pick up only to be told they don't have any cars available and to wait an hour that is not guaranteed.
