What can I say, we went to pick up our car at 2.30 pm, and the sign on the door said out until 3.15. When they came back we had completely re do the paperwork even though we did it online. The car was marked all over and the attendant said they were all cosmetic. When I returned the car they charged my CC for the damage that was already on the car, I sent and email with the photos but they take 5 - 10 days to respond to emails. Wow, what a wonderful experience.
Unhelpful and unfriendly, called a day prior to confirm we could pick up half an hour earlier. Very helpful and friendly on the phone, sadly the front counter on the day did not share the same standards.
