By far the worst rental place ever. If you make a reservation, key word is reservation, it is not guaranteed to get a car when you arrive because it is first come first serve. Hertz needs to update this because a reservation means when I show up, they have what I reserved. Absolute nonsense. Was charged 27.99$ days later for going through toll booths ( never happened ) . I stayed local the entire 20 hours of the time I had a rental . Hertz has yet to make it right. On top of that I showed up for my rental and waited in the lobby for 20 minutes waiting for my reservation while the employee was vacuuming a car behind the building

Reserved a car here because the airport rental locations were sold out. Arrived to be told the class of car I booked was discontinued (how is this a thing when I just booked the car a few days ago?) and all I could have was an EV. Agent refused to waive EV recharge fee (it is a one way rental to an airport and I don't have time to stop for an hour to charge a car on the way). They do not respect appointments, and this is impractical and unethical. I came to them because I had an appointment to receive the car. They told me it was not available today. I told them when will it be available? They said we do not know. I told them why don’t you tell me in the message and email. They said we will not do it. The truth is that their service is not respectful

Absolutely horrible service and staff. The guy who checked me in couldn’t have been more rude. They didn’t have the car i paid for and the dude basically told me to suck it up when I was disappointed I didn’t get what I paid for.
