My experience with Hertz Car Rentals at the Ramada has been nothing but wonderful! We have been in between getting our car fixed due to car issues. Hertz has had more than enough vehicle rentals to choose from, and have been available to be able to let us rent at a quick, efficient, and great price rates! Their front desk personnel were kind to assist us in our time of need to get into a vehicle rental and our way home. Hertz in Las Cruces needs to be renamed “Hurts” or “No Rentals Available”. I was allowed to book twice in one week just to be notified the day of pick up, right before my scheduled time, that they had no vehicles available for rental! All they offer is an apology. Sorry but if you have NO vehicles available for rental then maybe you should update your system to reflect such and not allow a booking! The customer service was great. The one issue is that bravo rented it for because they had my truck in service. I was told it would be $50, that i would be returned to my acct. I noticed that that was another charge, $190. So i guess i ended up paying for it! I wish i had been told.
Friendly staff, very understanding and helpful.. rental extension went smoothly. Great job to the Hertz staff for making everything a smooth process. Will definitely rent my next vehicle from here!
