I had a great experience with Hertz in Las Cruces! Jaime, the manager, was incredibly helpful, professional, and made the entire process easy from start to finish. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really took the time to make sure everything was taken care of. Great customer service makes such a difference, and Jaime definitely delivered. I would absolutely recommend this location!
Booked a car online, someone at local beach called shortly after to say they had no cars. I was charged a “no show” fee anyway. I called the branch, they said they couldn’t help me and I had to call the billing department. I called the billing department and they have no information on me because I never actually rented the car. Billing told me to call the branch. I called the branch at 3:50, they put me on hold for 10 minutes and then hung up on me at 4:00 when they close.
Our Hertz rental was towed away for non-payment that was supposed to be covered by Bravo Collision & Refinishing during a vehicle repair. Our belongings were stolen from the vehicle by the Hertz employees accepting the vehicle delivery. Hertz refused to return our belongings and the Las Cruces Police Department was notified and a theft report has been filed as a result of the egregious mis-handling of our personal property.
A $90.00 per day rental advertisement, turned into $209.00 with extra fees. The advertisement should be more realistic as to the actual charges a customer may encounter. The staff I dealt with were pleasant, and the vehicle was good and well maintained, but I was told there would be a $200 refundable deposit, but my account has been charge $400 which I am in the process of disputing. However, when I call, I never get the option to speak to a live person. Would not recommend Hertz.
