I will never use Hertz again. The worst costumer service. They charged me dozens of times for ONE DAY with a vehicle cost me nearly 500 dollars. No one will be in the office at any point in time. You call the number, they won’t answer. The worst rental experience. Budget had never given me trouble and I regret not using them. Save your money and time folks!!
**No need for a reservation, you won't get what you're expecting.** Hertz quality of cars has really gone down. Made a reservation for a mid-size SUV, when I arrived, I was given a small SUV. My teenagers barely fit in it. I was told that's all the vehicles they had. An alignment was definitely needed as well. Hertz also canceled a previous reservation because they were out of cars.
Walked toward the front desk at the Ramada and turned left to see the Ramada sign. Easy and efficient drop off!
I made a reservation two weeks ago for a trip. I’m taking tomorrow morning and the Manager, Jaime parra Doesn’t know how to manage his business here. There is always something that holds things up. never use it again.
