I use this branch a lot. It's a pretty small branch and 2 people do all the work from front desk work to cleaning and fueling the cars. It matters because they aren't always in the office, and you sometimes have to wait for them to get back from putting gas in a car or something like that. On Friday called to verify when to pick up rental, he tells us I'll call you back to let you know. Never called us back. Saturday we call at 1100 to find out when we can pick up rental and it says they are closed for the day. Message states hours 9-100, website states 9-100. But no one there at 11am. Hit button to speak to local employee, states closed for the day. So here we are stranded.
Summary -I got key from the counter. -Inspected car found a window chip on front windshield “took pictures of issues” Returned car after rental -agent complained about window chip inferring a charge would happen Old tactic especially seen by me in Mexico car rental places to up charge the customer.
