I wanted to like hertz rental so much because I live in a small town with only 3 rental companies, Hertz having the most vehicles available. But beware when renting cars from this location, more than three times I’ve rented with them and they have either charged me extra days or some kind of extra charge. This last time it was a “tire expense” for 215$ after they accidentally charged me 115$ a day for two extra days. Staff is never available either when picking up or dropping off. I have rented from Hertz and this specific location for many years, I can say I won’t be switching any time soon Hertz is great, The prices are good 200$ security deposit is better then others. I thought I would leave this review because I see a bunch of negative, Personally I have not had a problem with them. If I could rate 0 stars I WOULD! On 04/10 - 04/14 , I rented a vehicle leaving my only personal vehicle in the HERTZ parking lot. The vehicle rented was great to me with no issues. On Monday 04/14 I returned at around 4:45 pm to find that MY PERSONAL car was stolen! The driver side window was completely shattered and nothing was left behind but the shattered glass. Normally I don’t leave reviews, but I feel this needs to be shared. I had to get a rental through insurance as my personal vehicle had been broken into and is being repaired. I had the rental for maybe 2 weeks. Used it to go to and from work as well as transport kids to school and sports. We live in the desert where there is little rain and a lot of dust and wind.
