Even though the hours of operation are not ideal (they are closed on weekends and are closed after 5 pm they made accommodations for me to pick up the rental car after hours. When I called to give them the new time of arrival as it had been changed by the airline, Kenny made sure the car would be ready and where I needed to go to get the keys. Outstanding job Kenny! Thank you Must amend this post to say that Hertz has decided to shut down this location sometime in 2020. Very disappointing.

Rented a SUV. I use hertz every time I rent, and I love the company. However; this was the worst hertz experience I’ve ever had. They gave me a suv which had a cracked windshield, a 1/4 tank of gas, and then I found a handful of spent .22 and 9mm shells and live ammo scattered around the car!! When I returned the car, they charged me for the windshield which I HAD NOT BROKEN. My guess is an employee broke it and chose to say nothing. Either way, horrible experience, I doubt I’ll ever rent from here again

Had a reservation and they didnt honor it said the national line overbooked them.

This is the worst car rental in the whole universe. I reserved the car on the website for 8:30 am and the guy showed up at 9:00 am and he didn’t even open the counter. He was sleepy and yawning and didn’t care about your time and business. I prefer to hitch hike instead of renting car from this location again.
