They chargets my credit card 2x the amount of the actual rental price that was on priceline.
I showed up 30 minutes late to pick up the car and there was no one at the desk. Waited 20+ min to pick it up and had to call them to see if anyone would show up to a phone ringing. Got someone to pickup and was placed on hold (i can hear the person in the back placing me on hold to continue her personal conversation). I wasn't going to leave a review at all but this morning I looked at my bank statement and I was charged an additional $250 for cleaning.
