I wanted to take a moment to recognize Monique for her outstanding service. She was great to work with from start to finish. We originally reserved a minivan but later needed to switch to a full-size van. Monique was flexible, understanding, and went out of her way to make the change smooth and stress-free. We truly appreciate her professionalism, positive attitude, and hard work. She made a potentially stressful situation easy, and we’re very grateful for her help.
Fast and friendly at pick. However, my car smells like weed and cigarettes. I don’t smoke. Had to leave the windows down hoping it will air out. Not very happy about that smell.
