I reserved a rental car to be picked up at the airport through Expedia. Our flight was delayed so we arrived at 6:15 pm. We went to the counter and it was closed. Apparently, they close at 6 pm. Knowing that we had avreservation, there was no communication or arrangements made. We just went to one of the other car rental agencies, as they were all open, and we were taken care of. I got my car returned and the tire wouldn't hold air and this is later after being turned away from 3 other places not caring for my well being the tire was bad and I was driving on a tire that could go I did put air in it. But when got there the woman at the desk give me attitude and told me to drop mine I never yelled but I was irritated and she couldn't see it from my stand put inwas in a unsafe car for 3 days with no help and since I had to get the car changed out I didnt fill it up and he says we'll I have to charge you... read more
