I instantly COMPLETELY understood why this location was rated 2.8 stars, as of 6/25/2025. From start to finish I had a bad experience with this one woman in particular. She opened up the location late first of all. I arrived for my 8am appointment at 8:04am. I'm a hertz gold member so i've done the process before where I can check in and just pick up the keys, in and out in under 5 minutes. I thought it would be the same. Tiffany Woods, the District Manager at Hertz, was by far the most rude and unprofessional person I’ve dealt with in any customer service experience — and that’s saying a lot. I had an issue with a vehicle I rented that broke down less than an hour after pickup. Dealing with Tiffany Woods, the District Manager at Hertz, was an absolute nightmare. I was overcharged twice for a single rental — and when I called to politely ask for clarification, she acted like I was trying to scam the company. Instead of helping, she interrupted constantly, got defensive for no reason, and said, “You probably just don’t understand how billing works.” Really?
