Huge shoutout to Murph at this location. My vehicle was in the shop and I needed to extend my rental a couple of times. Murph helped me out and made it so easy.
I recently rented a car from Hertz Lancaster for the first time. We had it for a 10 day vacation and drove it to Florida. Our experience with hertz was great! We had a reliable, clean midsize SUV for a good price. I returned it clean and fueled it up. When I returned it this way hertz told me before I left that the security deposit would be returning to my account. Great experience!

Booked the car thur AAA. Staff were extremely nice. The quote was $174.00 for 3 days. When i got there I was informed I would have to make a deposit of $250.00. Then they ran a credit check on me when i was there to get the car. (Thank goodness it was good). The car was FANTASTIC! It had a big screen to follow GPS, full tank of gas, very clean.
