Booked the car thur AAA. Staff were extremely nice. The quote was $174.00 for 3 days. When i got there I was informed I would have to make a deposit of $250.00. Then they ran a credit check on me when i was there to get the car. (Thank goodness it was good). The car was FANTASTIC! It had a big screen to follow GPS, full tank of gas, very clean. I want to sincerely Thank Christine and Ben. They went above and beyond. My friend's Mom died and I needed to rent a car, drive to Cleveland and pick up some of her belongings. I really needed a Minivan that could accommodate furniture. They were so sweet to help and truly went above and beyond. We will definitely return to this location in the future.
Update this past week. Picked rental up on a Thursday. No windshield washer fluid, Driver Side front tire leaked air. Stopped and filled it up, thinking just a little low. Little did I know. I'd be filling it up two to three times while out of state. They moved to a different area. You are not able to park where you enter. You are asked to park behind building in a parking lot that is abandoned with other closed businesses. Even yet. They then expect you to walk back around and pick rental up.
