One star is for misleading people into thinking that the car rental is located in/next to the train station. Be mindful if you need to drop the car off at the rental agency then walk to the train station with bags. Also, there are few sidewalks connecting the train station to the car rental. Otherwise, the Hertz staff were efficient and kind.
FYI: this is not actually a Hertz car rental location. But Hertz will pick you up in a shuttle and bring you to a nearby Hertz office however, there are no actual car rentals at the Amtrak station nor is there an office or desk.
