Was on my lunch break and in a huge rush, Joseph got me in and out of there in 10 minutes. Extremely helpful gentleman and remained professional throughout.
Never again will I rent from this Hertz location. I reserved a car through Expedia, the price was pretty comparable to other local rental locations near by but because it was Hertz, I decided to go with them. The car was a 2026 Kia Sorento, the car was dirty and smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The seats had weird stains and the doors and cup holders were had stuck on dirt.
