Great service like always good price too.
This was my 1st time renting a car from Hertz. I Google searched a cheap rental car for 5 days. And I got Mystery Car and locked in the price online. When I walked into the Hertz office I was greeted by Kenny, he's a total asset to the Hertz rental car company. Kenny is very polite and very knowledgeable about everything I inquire about and more. Avoid this Store! Horrible service and even worse customer service..Upon entering the store I observed The manager( tall slender lady) already arguing and getting belligerent with a customer. So after that was all done after what seemed like an eternity it was finally my turn to check out my rental, after selecting a vehicle I noticed it was very dirty and asked if someone could come n clean it.
