Added multiple charges to my card weeks after returning it.
Just wanted to share my experience with Hertz rental car when getting a dealership loaner. When I picked up the rental through the dealership, they did offer a pickup service and brought me to the rental office, which was convenient. However, on the return process things felt confusing and not very well explained. On the way back, I was told I needed to drop the car off at the dealership, and they would issue a receipt and close everything out a day or two later. I have to say that we have always had a wonderful experience with Hertz we go through them every year on our annual vacation and they always take very good care of us always very understanding always professional I would highly highly recommend them to anybody
Great, easy experience. My man Blake was super helpful and professional throughout the rental process, and helped us to locate a car seat that we left in the rental!
