Show up for a reserved rental and wait. Wait some more. Want the phone to connect to the car? Wait. Bought a new car to replace your not-at-fault totaled vehicle? Figure out how to drive 2 vehicles (only the insured is able to legally drive the rental). Lousy service, dirty vehicle.
