Over the past five months, I have rented with Hertz at this branch approximately eight times. I have deliberately observed their performance during this period before writing this review to ensure its accuracy. I rented three cars from Hertz on Colfax on Lakewood back to back because they kept giving me cars with flat tires. They said it was normal until I found Nailes in the tires. In fact, I found one while it was still parked in front of the store! A bright gold colored nail sticking out of the ties. I had to wait seven and a half hours until they got the tire fixed sitting in their waiting room until I personally went to the tire shop only to find out they had already fixed it and the manager at hertz was lying the whole time! ... read more
Hertz ruined my Christmas. I'm 5 months pregnant and suffer from seizures, I also have stage 4 lymphoma cancer. After renting a car from Hertz and purchasing the package with roadside assistance for safety and security, Hertz Rental left me stranded on the side of the road, in the middle of Wyoming at mile marker 518 for 4 and a 1/2 hours, due to Hertz refusing a Tow from a town 20 minutes away (which can be confirmed by Honey Badger Towing in lusk Wyoming photo of text will be provided) honey badger towing excepted the tow ... read more
Christopher helped me out when the Hertz at South Broadway refused to do so. My car battery key was not working and he swapped it out for me.
Incredible service and Blake is a pro and so very helpful. Best service I’ve had at Hertz!
