Really need some assistance in getting their crap together!!! My reservation was given 3 weeks in advance, with a phone call to clarify the rental 2 days before!!! I was told it would be ready af 8am and all I'd have to do is sign (i had to work at 10am and still drive MY to the repair shop) I get there at exactly 8 am, and 3 hours later, im still there waiting on a car they cant find. Finally reaching a supervisor, said he'd have the car there in 1 hour. 2pm, im still with no car. 4pm, oh I can now go pick up the car. Sorry... read more

Christopher was so helpful and attentive to our request for a 3-week rental on very short notice. So kind and efficient in his communications and made for a great experience.
Blake was amazing, he texted me all the details of my confirmation the night before because my email wasent working and when I arrived to pick up he was very kind and attentive. Customer service should all take lessons from this gentleman. Thank you for always taking care of me, reason why I won’t rent from any other location.
It was a seamless experience from start to finish. Blake was super helpful and managed to look after all his customers with great attention. We will definitely use Hertz again.
