An awful company
Attitude, people in front desk specially the lady, no promise they are lying all, I did not recommend it to make reservation these people
It was my first time picking up a vehicle at this location. Usually, I rent a car from Hertz at the airport during the winter and summer, but I typically go to the Richfield location. Unfortunately, the manager at Richfield has shown a lack of respect for foreigners or anyone who doesn't fit a certain stereotype, even though I am a top-tier member in the Presidential Circle at Hertz. Person showed up 10 minutes after 8 am. Kept picking up the phone instead of helping me grab my vehicle which I had reserve at 8 am.
