EDIT: Although pre-arrival booking, on phone service and cc charging etc was a shitshow. The staff member at location was hard working and got out situation sorted out on the spot. He was professional, knowledgeable and was able to provide us with the requested vehicle. The issue seems to lie in the fact that this staff member works between two Hertz locations, spends time cleaning, prepping and fueling cars with little time at the actual desk (where the phone is.) ---- Charged our CC but no confirmation email. Had an excellent, smooth experience here! We had an issue with our Hertz rental car from another rental station and they fixed it here at the hotel rental station while we were out skiing, they organized it perfectly.
The clerk brought the keys back home that made me only have two cars to choose, they were two full size car while I only needed a Toyota camry, and the bill was totally out of my budget but all I can do was to take that deal cause I didn’t have choice.
