This place is horrible I made a reservation the lady stated they were sold out and wouldnt have anything till monday showed up monday and they said we won't have anything until later so why even make a reservation at this location

Watch the fuel level on your Hertz Rental agreement. We were tricked once at this location, and it almost happened a second time. It was handwritten on a document the female attendant had us sign that the fuel level was 50%, but when we went to the car and reviewed the rental documents, it said the fuel level was 100%. So if we had returned it with a 50% fuel level, we would have been charged an outrageous fee. This happened to us once. Hertz is our go to rental company, but this office needs some serious oversight.
In a most difficult time - Alexis professional knowledge & caring enough to work "her wisdom" to see we were able to get on our way out of town safely regardless of "Hertz Credit Card -outdated machines!" .... the Bank verified ALL the funds but the card machines were "failing to receive/recognize funds in accounts!" Please UP DATE this machine & make the transactions "less agonizing for your employees & patrons!"
