The one vehicle that I rented was a good vehicle, but it smelled like trash had leaked in it. Or been rained in. A gray Nissan Rogue 2025
Our vehicle was in for repair at Rountree. We were told by the dealership the warranty covered 4 days of rental vehicle. The dealership gave us a slip for Hertz and when we went to pick up the car the representative said we had 10 days. Bad on us for not confirming. The rental was due back 2 weeks before the repair was completed. When we picked up our vehicle from the dealership, we were told we owed the difference from the 4 days authorized.
