I called to speak to someone about my confirmation through priceline. The lovely lady first of all told me there weren't any cars available, which left me dumbfounded. Secondly, she was very short and abrupt! She bately even gave me a chance to speak. Like she was eating a hot donut and didnt want it to get cold. Thirdly, she hung up on me. I rented a rental car one way to Houston. The Hertz rental people wrote down the wrong mileage from when I left Lafayette I only drove around 350 miles, but according to them, I drove 800 miles. This is horrible book work. I’ll never rent from them again and would not recommend renting from this location.
