Everyone was great service was more then I can ask for. I use the Uber program thru them until I brought a car.
Well after reading the reviews I think I will go elsewhere. Seems to unreliable to take the chance.
We had an outstanding experience with Jacob Chambers at Hertz! After running into problems with another rental company, we were worried our trip would be delayed. Jacob stepped in, found us a 12-passenger van, and made sure we could stay on schedule. He was professional, friendly, and true to his word. Everything he promised, he delivered. This place is the absolute worst. I've rented from them maybe 4-5 times. Once, I showed up to get the car and the place was just locked and empty. It was the middle of the day, and they just weren't there. Then today they just called me a couple days before my reservation to say they don't have enough cars and are canceling my reservation. Unreliable, rude...generally awful. Avoid. Only saving grace is that it's right next door to Budget/Avis, so after Hertz screws up you can just walk next door and find something else.
I've rented from here many times and never have I faced any issues! Amazing and helpful staff!
