Hertz incorrectly entered my drop off location and charged me an extra $370 to drop it at the correct location. The national phone number is a phone bot and an insult to anyone trying to get a resolution to an issue. I tried to speak to an actual human for 20 minutes. So unacceptable! I rate my experience a big fat 0
I called for the last 2 days straight multiple times being on phone for durations of up to 5-8 min and have not been able to get anyone on a phone. I was worried as my reservation was on Saturday so I cancelled.
Picket a car up on a Tuesday morning. The staff were friendly and the whole process went well.
Easy pick-up. Rental was brand new.
