It was only person working he genuinely cared about us and greeted us as we came in. He made the experience pleasant and made us feel like family.
One of the worst car rental locations i have ever been to. Horrible customer service and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
I had a very frustrating experience with this Hertz location. When I picked up my rental vehicle on February 24, there was no proper walk-around inspection done with me. I was already seated in the vehicle while the employee took photos and no damage was discussed. Later that same evening I noticed a crack in the windshield and immediately contacted the location the following day to report it.
