Please DO NOT rent a car from this Hertz location! There are many other options available nearby that are much better. I arrived by airport shuttle to this location. Be advised that every other car rental location has a sign at the airport signifying where to meet the shuttle. Hertz does not so finding the shuttle was difficult and I had to call to figure out where to find the shuttle. Once I was on the property, the staff were kind and friendly. I was visiting my sister for a surprise 40th birthday celebration. Last minute my sister and I decided we should rent a vehicle since her car was full of car seat seats. We found a location that had a vehicle that met our needs. It was a last-minute decision, but it seemed like this was going to work for us after booking online. We were super excited! On June 19th I picked up a vehicle from this location for a business trip and returned it on the 23rd. While the staff were friendly, things got screwy a month later when I received a letter requesting payment for the rental. I spoke with the customer service agent and she was not helpful at all. I explained the paradox of how I couldn't have rented the car without payment upfront and that they had my card on file while the car was in my possession.
