Huge shoutout to Ian E. for going above and beyond with helping me get a rental and having it ready within 30 minutes of me calling. He had me in and out quickly and in a vehicle I was happy with. Upon return, they even called me a ride back to the airport. Other customers in the store were just as pleased with his service and upbeat personality. This guy needs a promotion ASAP! Amazing experience and would definitely come back!
It was only person working he genuinely cared about us and greeted us as we came in. He made the experience pleasant and made us feel like family.
One of the worst car rental locations i have ever been to. Horrible customer service and I would not recommend this location to anyone.
