lou was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind even though our troubles with the app kept him a few minutes past close. his customer service was on point the entire time!
Horrible company
I picked up a car for 1 day on Friday. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday but the agent never mentioned (deliberately) that you won't be able to return in before Monday. Had no option other than to extend for 2 more days that I didn't needed. Scam.
