I picked up a car for 1 day on Friday. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday but the agent never mentioned (deliberately) that you won't be able to return in before Monday. Had no option other than to extend for 2 more days that I didn't needed. Scam.
차량의 모델을 선택할 수 있는 옵션이 전혀 없었고 기존에 공식홈페이지에서 예약된 금액보다 비싼 요금을 요구하여 설명을 요청했으나 제대로 된 답변과 설명을 하나도 해주지 못했고 모든 건 고객센터로 전화해서 처리하라는 직원의 조치와 가득채워지지 않아 있는 연료상태가 너무 황당하기 그지 없었다. 투로를 이용하지 않은 것에 대한 후회가 매우 크게 들었고 이 곳에서 렌트카 재대여는 하지 않을 것 같다.
非常感謝這裡的員工，很親切的替我們處理租車事宜~ 並且幾天後，我們才發現護照不見時，試著去Herz 問問， 他們還幫我們保留了不小心租車時遺忘在這的護照！！真的是一群善心的人們！
