So I went to help a relative pick up a rental after a serious accident and the give us a car that looks on the outside like it had never seen a drop of water in its life and I get it u aren't in the clean car buisness but when the inside is stained all throughout the backseat n chips on the passenger side door it just gives you a bad initial feeling so then I get an attitude about asking to clean it out after mentioning it 3 times.
