Watch your bill carefully as in my case they charged me for a week, while I had told them that in an event my car was repaired sooner, I will return the car. So, I had the car for two days and the charge was for one week. It is impossible to get a live customer service on the phone, lots of recording, AI, and then an agent to ‘chat’ on line which then asked me to e-mail the customer service. Brinas Cooper Branch Mgr & Hugo at Hertz Rental Car in King of Prussia were outstanding. It is a small location and they have no control over when customers return cars or if late. That is the problem if a car is not available it is a result of the customer not adhering to the contract. I was traveling from out of state AZ to PA and had to wait but these two gentleman were so pleasant, professional, courteous and helpful. Thank you to Cooper & Hugo at Hertz Rental Car in King of Prussia. I had a last minute need for a 7 passenger vehicle and there was not one available at any of the car rental companies. I told them that I was very desperate because I had to drive family members to my brother's memorial 10 hours away. Cooper & Yugo made it happen. They actually brought me a mini-van from the Hertz airport location. I know this took much effort on their part, so I am very appreciative and want to give them the credit that they deserve!
