Awful company. On my third rental car in 24 hours. First two had oil leaks. Terrible customer service. Go to Enterprise. Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had with a singular company.
This is a shady car rental place, suggest to avoid. I reserved on Expedia and went to pick up. Had to wait as he deceptively tried to sell a poor young girl lots of extras. She used Priceline and got insurance through them. He told he Priceline is a scam and wanted her to buy insurance though him. They discussed that at least 5 min while I waited. She was able to cancel the Priceline insurance and ended up buying his. She don’t get the prepaid gas (good for her) but they discussed that 10 min as he pressured her but she didn... read more
