Not to happy with this place they charged me a fifty dollar cleaning fee. No other Hertz Ive been too has done this. Called customer service the only cleaning fee they are supposed to charge is if you smoked in the car and that charge is 400.00 dollars. Got my fifty bucks back.
Don't do it. Try Turo.
I prefer Hertz and am a member. The location here was clean. The CSR were professional, efficient, and helpful. I definitely recommend this location.
Absolutely amazing customer service! Small and they do the best they can but car came impeccable and was able to set up everything else I needed to get right into driving with Uber! Dang near brand-new and yes I will be bothering them every week.
