I had bad customer service at that Killeen office on East Stan schlueter, they were very rude and charged my card without my permission. I got to Minnesota and went to the airport and they helped me with my problem that I had with the vehicle being too small, that made my trip a lot better and I will use Hertz again in a very near future. I will be going to the airport location.
Apart from waiting for more than 30 minutes to be attended to, I made an online reservation online only to come to the office and be told there’s no car available. No professionalism and poor customer service. Attending to 1 customer for more than 30 minutes. I won’t recommend this place to anyone.
I had an incredibly disappointing experience at this location. We were ignored by the agent for over 30 minutes while she chatted instead of helping customers. To make matters worse, she refused to honor our online reservation, claiming no cars were available despite the lot outside being filled with at least 20 vehicles. I highly recommend avoiding this business
Went there again to rent and it was a different energy!! Jess is amazing... she assisted me on my rental. Definitely improved on their vehicles and customer service.... ty 😊
