I prefer Hertz and am a member. The location here was clean. The CSR were professional, efficient, and helpful. I definitely recommend this location.
Absolutely amazing customer service! Small and they do the best they can but car came impeccable and was able to set up everything else I needed to get right into driving with Uber! Dang near brand-new and yes I will be bothering them every week.
Having visited this location today due to a vehicle breakdown, which necessitated a visit to the nearest available facility to facilitate our return to our business, I must concur with the customer feedback regarding this location. As a representative of a Rent-A-Car agency, I believe the practices at this location are questionable. They had me in and out in less than 30 min.
they let me make a reservation for 1 pm and then i went there and no one was there , they had a paper saying they closed at 12pm which make no sense why would they let me make a reservation for 1 pm and i had already paid to rent my car and was stuck.
