Set up a car rental and they had no cars. I took a uber down there, and there was nothing I end up going to enterprise
We rented a 15-passenger van for visiting family, all elderly. While pickup and drop-off were fine, the vehicle did not match the website’s modern, comfortable image. Instead, we received an old, noisy van with defective door seals and difficult access. It was hard for those with mobility issues to get in and out, requiring a stool for assistance. The doors were also hard to close, even causing shoulder strain. What should have been a comfortable outing turned into an uncomfortable and challenging experience.

Nasty people that don't honor their reservations and will stare at their computer screens instead of looking up when you walk in.
My husband literally called and spoke with a manager on what time he would be leaving and arriving. He pulled up today and yet nobody was present. Ridiculous and not professional at all. If you weren’t going to be present then just say that. Everything was already arranged and ready to go. We could’ve made arrangements elsewhere.Thank you for not helping and wasting our time.
