This is the office where my husband and I rent cars for Uber. We've been in the office a few times and LaDonn has always gone above and beyond to make our experience exceptional. Highly recommend this office and LaDonn.

Worst rental experience I've ever had. They reserved the wrong type of vehicle after telling them multiple times I need a pickup (like an F-150), instead they set up a 24 foot box truck! Trying to contact them by phone is absolutely ridiculous, you spend 5 minutes going through a phone tree and when you finally get the option to talk to a person it disconnects you EVERY time! If I were to give it a negative star! I would Worst customer service, I called ahead of time. I called one hour ahead! They said they will be fine with me coming in. I reserved a vehicle. They denied me. The lady denied me. I traveled all the way from Everett. I wasn’t even greeted hi welcome how are you. No customer service! Worst of the worst I ever experience.
