The Hyundai Sonata I rented was super clean, smelled brand new, and drove like a dream. The manager Devin helped me at pick up and return, and he’s amazing!! So charismatic, attentive, and skilled at his job. He made the entire process easy and efficient. Hands down the best experience I’ve had renting a vehicle!!

What a horrible experience. Misleading staff and completely unaccomodating. This was my first time using Hertz and I'll never go there again.
They did not have the type of vehicle I requested and therefore had to pay more than I expected. And, it was not ready at the time I requested.
I had a confirmed reservation with a confirmation number, but when I arrived, I was told that no cars were available. To make matters worse, the agent on duty was incredibly rude. They seemed well-trained in dismissing customers rather than actually solving problems.
