Pessima experiencia! demora absurda atendentes grosseiras, me fizeram colocar o deposito duas vezes apesar de eu dizer e demonstrar que o banco estava sinalizando que o primeiro debito havia aparecido, a atendente fou grossa e me disse que se eu nao colocasse o cartao de novo , eu poderia ir embora pois ela nao iria continuar! Tive que fazer como ela queria e ai quando demonstrei as duas sinalizacoes do banco, para a mesma transacao, ela me disse para voltar amanha!

THIS LOCATION IS CLOSED. We were able to book a reservation here and got multiple confirmation emails with this address, only to show up to pick up the car and be told it's closed and we needed to go to the airport for pickup. Got to the airport, no record of our reservation. Had to call and rebook the reservation which cost us more than the original cost. Not impressed.

Hertz was trying to charge me a rate of 200.00$ per day for a compact car due to the upcoming holidays meanwhile at the Airport the rate was 52.00$ per day trying to take advantage of the tourist staying at this hotel Definitely money gauging .JuanP

Be careful and reserve early; they only get cars the night before that have been ordered, even if the site says you’re booked you might not have a car.
