Excellent for above and beyond customer service approach. The whole process of hiring car was clear, simple and fast. Business Owner even helped with drop off and pick up from where we were. Very accomodating and highly recommended.

I had a really positive experience with Hertz Katoomba. Quick pickup, informative and friendly staff, the car looked and felt basically brand new. No issues with the car at all. Extremely quick dropoff, and the $500 bond was refunded and received the next day. I would recommend Hertz if you are looking to rent a car in Katoomba to explore this amazing place.

Cory was amazing! My car broke down, needed a way to get back to Sydney with overseas guests... Cory sorted out a car within the hour, super friendly and honest. Best car hire experience to date. Highly recommended.
