Call centre said there was a truck available on Saturday, took one hour to get there to find out they are cloed. So wasted over 2 hrs due to incompetence.
Hired a car for a couple of days tripping around the Mountains. Easy pick up and return. Lovely customer service including the ABSOLUTE LEGEND who drove us back up the hill to Leura for the train.
The staff are extremely friendly and professional. There is a wide selection of vehicles to choose from, and the cars are very clean both inside and out. The service provided by the staff is excellent. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking to rent a car for travel. The prices are reasonable, and the cars are new and well maintained. Truly recommended.
