When I arrived to pick up my hire car I was pretty upset with the one Hertz had assigned to me. While it was of the same class of the one I purchased it was much smaller and not going to suit my needs. The ladies behind the desk were absolutely delightful however and went above and beyond to sort it out. They were able to sort me a more suitable vehicle and saved my holiday.
