Loved the customer service here. Valerie was amazing and incredibly helpful and kind.
Had a very good experience. Decent car. Polite staff.
They gave away my car because my reservation ended up being 2 hours before my arrival. They offered me a much less expensive car but with no modification to the rate or any service. Had to wait 45 min for a new vehicle like I reserved. No long line to wait in and rather friendly staff.
Sophie was an amazing person she helped us tremendously on our trip to Montana!!!! Thanks again Sophie
