This agency provided the guidance "since it is late at night, tomorrow morning take pictures of the car and let us know when you return the vehicle." The powered rear lift gate did not function and as it was not a safety issue nor going to impact my short 3 day stay, went to the hotel with my son. Upon returning the vehicle the I advised the counter the rear power gate was not opening. DO NOT RENT A VEHICLE HERE. We paid a premium daily rate for a Chevy Suburban, returned it with no damage and were served a claim for damage we did not cause a month later after the vehicle sat in a parking lot.
