Similar to the overwhelming majority of other reviewers who have posted here, I had a very negative experience with this Hertz location. Other Hertz locations at airports elsewhere have been wonderful, but the safe/ownership at this location are deceptive if not outright dishonest -- by far the worst Hertz franchise I have ever dealt with.
I would give a zero if possible- 0 out of 5 DO NOT RECOMMEND. They will answer questions in advance with one answer, and when you arrive - everything changes. We planned months ago, maybe 8 to 9 months in advance to rent a car. We would drive it from Juneau onto the ferry and go to haines and skagway to do other activities, then come back within a four day span. Might be the rudest person I have ever met and one of the worst customer service experiences, as well. Could not have cared less.
