My husband and I thought we would try from Hertz, thinking it would be a bit cheaper, but from the moment we walked into the Hertz office in Jonesboro, Arkansas, the middle aged lady with blond hair and glasses was sitting at her desk on the computer as if no one was standing in front of her.
