Car was ok but inside sitting area is horrible
The van I rented for my wife to take a trip had a low tire upon pickup but seemed to be holding air when I topped it off. While she was out of town the tire started leaking again and it took literally hours on the phone and hundreds of dollars extra to get the tire replaced. Hertz customer service was nearly impossible to get on the phone and were unclear about all the extra fees they would be charging for simply calling a tire shop to arrange tire replacement. I will not be renting from Hertz in the future.
It is impossible to book a car.
