My experience was great. I received an upgrade to my vehicle without have to pay for it. The staff was great and returning the vehicle was simple.
Had an awful customer service experience renting a vehicle and then having it cancelled upon arrival to the Chicago area. Luckily, I was able to return the vehicle much closer to the destination that I was staying in and did not have to drive back to O'hare. Matt Batjes at the Joliet location assisted me in getting my return changed to his location. He should be recognized for going above and beyond for a customer visiting from Los Angeles.
This is by far the worse place to rent a car. They don't honor the finial prices. From a promise of $55 a day to $155 a day. Be careful. Totally regret renting a car here. They charge you fee you do not agree. Also they tell you you car is not ready, you have to wait 30 o more minutes, ten if you want one than is ready is going to cost you 25 dollars or more. Then they add all the extra fees. Very bad business practices. Location and car filthy and stinky.
Horrible experience. Online they give you an $55 a day estimate. When you get the charge is $160. Be aware of this. They will take your money away.
