Lauro was very helpful when I was trying to figure out my credit card situation while I was getting a new contract, he seemed very eager to help out with issues. The attendants don't know all the rules which causes errors like them originally telling me I couldn't switch a card halfway through the contract, even though I could online, and any walk in is gonna be almost 3x what it will on the app. But could always be worse, nice people overall
This location scammed my wife out of more than $500! Claiming an "optional" protection plan was what the charge was but they had never said that word while talking about it! Everything was supposed to be charged to the insurance! NEVER! I repeat! NEVER rent from the scamming Hertz EVER!
Car was ok but inside sitting area is horrible
