I booked a rental with Hertz Columbus airport online. I Paid for their insurance because it stated my insurance would not cover any damages that may happen to their vehicles and read the disclosure to make sure I had everything that was required. Came down from Indianapolis to Columbus and once I got there was asked for my Insurance which I left in my car that I was not in of course. This was not listed as something I would need! 차를 반납할때 짐을 두고 내렸습니다 그래서 다음날 찾아가서 차가 어디있는지 물어봤는데 누군가 렌탈 해갔다고 하였고 매니저한테 말해서 차를 렌탈한 사람한테 받을 수 있다고 하였고 다음날 다시 오라고 했습니다. 다음날 다시 오니 처음에는 차가 여기 없다고 하다가 메니저 데리고 오라고 하여 메니저가 오니 매니저에게 말이 전달이 안된거 처럼 아무 사실도 몰랐습니다 빌렸던 차는 여기에는 없고 1마일 떨어진 정비소에 있다고 하였습니다. 거짓말과 수준 낮은 서비스는 저를 불쾌하게 하였고 다시는 허츠를 쓰지 않을 것 입니다. 누구나 할 수 있는 실수입니다. 다음은 당신이 저의 상황에 놓일 수 있다는거 잊지 마십시오. 차를 가져온다고 하고 1시간을 넘게 기다렸어요 어떻게 1마일인거리가 1시간이 걸리죠? 당연히 차에는 청소한 흔적이 있었고 컵은 없었어요 누군가 가져간거 같습니다
