One person here, 4 people in line, it somehow takes this person 10 minutes to get thru each customer, you do the math… A pathetic waste of time and hopefully my last experience with “hurtz”

I turned in my car on time for a one day rental, and received my invoice three days later for a three day rental. Also I turned in the car with 3944 miles on the odometer, but the invoice showed 4411. Someone drove the car for 500 miles and tried to charge me for it. I was surprised actually the staff gave the guy in front of me at return a receipt, but he said they would email mine. Worst hertz ever. I rent 100 cars a year, and this hertz location is a scam. I do not know how hertz approved this franchise owner. I have to reconsider using hertz elsewhere because of my experience here today. When I checked in, I was told to show my insurance. They typed in my info and it was expired. called wife, she sent the updated info, and all the sudden they dont accept my insurance. Rebooked with another company immediately. And hertz still took my money. Total scam hertz franchise!!!!

Worst Hertz experience I've ever had, after over a year of using the rental service for work. They do not offer a Presidents Circle for their Gold Reward members, which is OK. But when they say they are open until 1 am on the weekdays, I expect them to be there when I show up at 1225 from a late plane. It is the only way to get a vehicle from this location, by speaking to a Kiosk employee!! They left at 1145 on Labor Day, frustrating not only me but many others.
