I had a great experience with the team at Hertz. They were able to get me a rental last minute due to an error on the insurance company who failed to arrange for my rental even though the claims adjuster old me the rental was scheduled for pickup. The Hertz team was able to get my family and I into a vehicle in under 39 minutes. So I definitely appreciate their hard work, understanding and support. We were able to continue on with our day and activities with no issues after receiving the rental vehicle.
