Hunter and Patrick explained everything thoroughly, took care of everything and made sure I was good to go. Because my situation required it, they even followed up with the paperwork when promised, and expedited my issues so I was in and out with no frustration. Returning the car was quick and painless (I was done before my ride arrived!) thanks, guys, for making a stressful situation so much less stressful!
Great place to rent a car. For me, I needed a car to drive to Wilmington airport for a quick trip to NYC without leaving my family carless. This location right in Jacksonville worked perfect and was just about an hour to Wilmington. Check in and out was super smooth but only reason for the 4 vs. 5 starts is their signage is terrible. Drove by it twice before finding it even with GPS.

The location was convenient. The staff I dealt with, Hunter and Kashif, were super nice and helpful! I would definitely stop here again if I need vehicle rental services!
