I will NEVER in life rent from Hertz again and I'll make sure to tell family and coworkers not to rent from this location. The worst in communication with their website and the worst in general. They canceled our reservation the first and laughed on the phone saying we couldn't take it that far. Then re-enstated it once we called. When we arrived they told us we couldn't take it to the drop off location. At that point we were stranded. Called customer support got hung up on. Hertz is a scam company. Rented a vehicle, brought it back flawless, 2hrs later I got an email asking me to fill out my info & sign a blank damage report form, and “they’d fill out the rest” (so they can just drive it off a cliff, fill out the form and then I’ve now signed saying I caused the damage essentially). Total scam. Location that rented me the car has been screening my calls for 2 weeks now. Booked a rental here and had an extremely disappointing experience. First things first I booked a car on the website and upon arrival was told that they didn’t have the car I booked and they stated they tried to call me but after checking my phone I didn’t receive a single call. So instead of the fuel economic car I needed for my trip they gave me a charge.
