They don’t answer the phone and they are no help when it comes to cancellation/refunds.

I will NEVER in life rent from Hertz again and I'll make sure to tell family and coworkers not to rent from this location. The worst in communication with their website and the worst in general. They canceled our reservation the first and laughed on the phone saying we couldn't take it that far. Then re-enstated it once we called. When we arrived they told us we couldn't take it to the drop off location. At that point we were stranded. Called customer support got hung up on.
