The worst rental car company in existence! No fault to the 7762 Blanding location, you can only work with what you have. However, when I've reached out to the corporate office, 4x's, I was hung up on each call!! What a horrible way to start a family vacation and I couldn't secure a prepaid vehicle that was reserved. PLEASE TAKE HEED AND GO ANYWHERE BUT HERTZ!
YOU should read the reviews prior to using Hertz. I went to the Cassat ave location due to Ford sending me here for their courtesy discount while my car was being serviced. I called Hertz to verify if any vehicles were available today for rental the associate, Cameron indicated, "yes' told Cameron, I am on my way. I hired an Ubber and arrived at 12pm. Cameron indicates, he can't rent me a car due to , it would take to much time to complete the paperwork and the company will not allow more than 40 minutes overtime. Long story... read more

Always a great experience at this location. The lady behind the counter is always so nice!
I picked up my one day rental, with 3/4 tank of gas. I mentioned something to the representative helping me out and he said he would annotate that the tank WAS NOT full. When I returned the car at 12:40pm it had more gas then what I left with (20 min before it was due to return) he asked me to just give him the keys and he would just email me a receipt. 2 hours later he emails me a receipt with an extra hour of rental charged and 100 dollar fuel charge. Incredibly disappointed
