In one word, sucks. This place is stuck in a car repair shop. I’ve written an extended review as well, but I have vowed never, ever to use them.

Waited 4hrs for a car (after a reservation was previously made days in advance). No cars were available. The in-store Hertz representative was completely unhelpful and left for lunch. After waiting 4hrs, I could not wait any longer due to my schedule. Do not recommend renting from this company! I picked this car up at the airport location and the next day the tire pressure light came on. I called Hertz customer service and was told to go to Pep Boys to have the tire repaired. Dropped it off at 2:15pm and called at 5pm to find out Hertz couldn’t find the car in their system. The guy at Pep Boys said that Chevelle at this location would wait for me to swap out cars since it was a 20 minute walk from our hotel to Pep Boys.
