I rented a vehicle from the cassat ave hertz and dealt with gabby in the office. She was very helpful, professional and answered all my questions. She helped me find the vehicle that was most useful for my situation and she even rinsed the vehicle off for me before i left the lot. Much deserved 5 stars.
By far the worst experience I’ve had renting a car. I made a reservation over a month ago, prepaid for the rental, and arrived the day of my reservation to find that no car was available for me. Then, to make the situation worse, the company had no solution to solve the problem. I was told I would have to wait until a car became available, but I didn’t have time to wait. Made a reservation day before they called me 10 minutes before pick up time that they had no cars to rent. Unable to get to work . Very poor customer experience
Did not honor reservation, leaving us stranded without a car. Thanks Hertz
The staff was friendly and the service was great. Will definitely rent from this location again!
