Everything went well. I requested a van and it was ready for pick up when I arrived.
I had a reservation for over five days.When I arrived at the Hertz counter, there were no cars available of any kind. I had to uber two and from Hertz because of their mistake. I will never rent from them again.

I made a reservation with hertz 2 weeks prior to pick . The day before pick up they emailed me the confirmation, 1 hour before pick up they told that didn’t have the vehicle or knowing when would be available. My account says I have free upgrade available they didn’t give it to me. I ended up with a smaller vehicle and they raised the price by $147) more. It was crazy! ROACH INFESTED TESLA was given to me with a cracked moonroof, cracked windshield, oh and no explanation whatsoever on how to even operate said tesla. Their USELESS customer service line was of no help AT ALL, and they better pray they don’t try and add on any fees once I return this car.
