This is the worst rental company ever! Do not I repeat DO NOT! DO business with this location! They call you hours before your rental to let you know that no cars are available and let you figure it out on your own ! No management or supervisor to help ! I will never book with them again

Scheduled for a rental. Got confirmation its ready for pick up. Drove 25 minutes to be told they won't service me.
Had a rental prepaid for over 2 months by my company. Arrive at pickup time. No cars available with no eta on when there would be a car available.
Took out of town family 35 miles to pickup reserved vehicle in Jacksonville only to be told the car was not available and there were none others available to rent. They were told they could get on a waiting list, as if all their plans could be put on hold! Very unprofessional and insensitive to patrons needs and time. Hertz, from first to worst!
