Absolutely wonderful service! Sugar and Wayne really brightened my days as I picked up cars on multiple occasions. Super friendly, super efficient, and super professional. A+ all around! The location wasn't the closest, but it was the best and a lovely short walk away along the beach from the Auberge (which also provides shuttles).
Great customer service and the representative Sugar that helped me was awesome..The process of picking up and returning the vehicle was seamless..
Car is fine, but customer service is terrible. Book in advance from Airport to save a hassle
I enjoyed my stay at the Fairmont minus one little thing. Getting ripped off by the Hertz employees who at first seemed like they were apologetic but really didn’t care in the slightest that I was double charged for my rental car (BECAUSE OF THEIR MISTAKE). The manager and her employees all agreed that It was a mistake, never helped me get any clarity on a refund.
