Your website is horrible
Ridiculous! Their website and app are a nightmare to use, getting a real person on the phone requires an act of Congress (and God) and customer service reps have no clue what's going on. I highly recommend avoiding Hertz like the Black Plague.
Had a managers special deal which was a 2025 Kia soul great on gas the size is perfect doesn't take much to fill back up. Was very having this car to take care of my grandma while mine's getting worked on. Went online on hertz.com filled out my information and got the car the next morning was cheaper than Enterprise.
First time renting from hertz. Great experience definitely be a returning customer!!
